Thick quarto volume, containing tables for 1506-1507 and 1510-1531 [lacking two signatures: E & F, with the tables for 1508 and 1509]; bound in contemporary half German alum-tawed pigskin over wooden boards with prominent sewing supports, decorated with blind-stamped round rosette tools separated by leafy tendrils and rules on both boards, lacking brass clasps and catches; extensive contemporary marginalia throughout, with many hand-drawn genitures and a handwritten full-page table near the end extending calculations from 1532 through 1551; medieval manuscript leaves trimmed into slips and used as quire guards; several early ownership inscriptions to title, an Ulrich Neithart of Lauingen; someone with the surname Schincke made a note in 1525; Nurmeberg librarian and pastor Justus Jacob Leibnitz (1610-1683) signed his name in 1658; ex libris Michael Chasles, with bookplate; 8 1/2 x 6 in.
